Calibration and testing

As part of your normal maintenance programme, during shut downs, Multiplex can provide on-site testing and calibration. Alternatively our in-house testing lab can test and calibrate for you.

All our test equipment is traceable to NAMAS standard and all work can be issued with certification.

We have valve hydrostatic and leakage rate testing equipment and a dedicated pressure relief valve test rig.

Repair and Servicing

Repair

As well as the most modern welding equipment and machine tools, we also have specialist lapping and valve seal machining equipment. All chemical seal work is carried out on our purpose built vacuum filling rig.

Multiplex are thought to be the only company offering all of these repairs on a 24 hour response.

Servicing

Our comprehensive in-house facilities enable us to service any type of instrumentation and our range of spares is often more comprehensive than the manufacturers.
