Multiplex Engineering is able to offer both onsite and workshop based repair and calibration services. With over 25 years industry experience, we are ideally placed to repair, service or calibrate any of your instrumentation or process equipment.

Our purpose built calibration workshop benefits from test equipment traceable to UKAS primary standards and all work is issued with traceable certification.

Multiplex can offer an emergency call out service, 24 hours a day. If critical instrumentation or process control equipment failure impacts production or safety we take your problem seriously and can offer replacements and service immediately.

Our new workshop facility ensures Multiplex has modern equipment and we believe ourselves to one of the only companies within the UK that has both control valve test and repair facilities , instrumentation repair and calibration and chemical seal repair facilities in house. We are able to calibrate flow meters with our test rig and chemical seal work is also carried out in-house on our purpose built vacuum filling rig.

Our valve repair workshops have the latest valve diagnostic profiling equipment, traditional hydrostatic and leakage rate testing equipment and a dedicated pressure relief valve test rig. Multiplex offer all of these repairs on a 24 hour response.
